Your Chiropractor client loves this idea! It's unique but absolutely suits what his patients can use and need, and it's different than other Chiropractors in the area!

Of course you handle the print/publishing for them (i.e., through CreateSpace or VistaPrint or wherever you wish), and put a small markup on it so you earn on each book. Of course you've also like above, added on a set up fee to have it "designed and created" as well!

Can you see the possibilities here?

In just creating my own journals, I've had people ask me to create for them as well (and I've usually said no, just because I'm too busy). BUT, how awesome could that be if you WANTED to do this?

Scenario 3: 

Oh, and here's another option.... what if you are seeking additional sideline funds, while you're waiting for your journals to take off on CreateSpace?

You could literally offer this as a service on your website, on Fiverr (not too cheap though!), on Freelancer, etc!

Put up an offer that you will modify and create the journal/template for them specifically with their topic of choice!
